As far as I remember, you launch Media Portal Configuration in debug mode (with --debugoptions parameter if I remember correct). Then you see new option (it was debugoptions) somewhere and tick rebuild graph option on and everything starts working.Sorry for the very vague answer there, but I am not at home and will not be for sometime so cannot help it in a more clear way.
