Operating System Windows 7 & Latest Mediaportal SVN & Hauppauge Nova-T 500 (1 Viewer)

Anyone have working setup for Nova-T 500 and Windows 7?

I installed MP 1.1 ALPHA and after that latest SVN Rev23361.
Card is detected without problems. Problem is that it is not stable at all.
If I go to TV Server Configuration -> Manual Control. I select one of the
two cards and press Start TimeShift, it works. Then I stop timeshift and try
to start it again, it says "No signal" or "Unknown error occured" (got only once).
Same thing happens for both cards, second timeshift always fails and it
never works after that, until I restart TVService.

Channel scanning seems to work even if I do not restart TVService.
After channel scan, timeshift works again for that particular card,
but only once.

I know Windows 7 (RTM btw.) is not supported yet.
I installed SVN since I had problems with 1.1 ALPHA also, not sure
if they were exactly same problems though.
I did not try 1.0.2 since in some thread somebody was saying that
I should not try it with Windows 7.

I see, this seems to be problem with Windows 7 or TV Pack 2008.

Avoid Hauppauge T500 lockup?

I'm not sure whether this is a solution for you or not - which Hauppauge drivers are you using?

I had card lockup with both XP and Windows 7 until I installed newer Hauppauge drivers:
3.11.27070.0 dated 11/3/09 for T500
2.123.27056.0 dated 25/2/09 for S2
These work fine with XP + MediaPortal and with Windows 7 and Media Center. I've not put Mediaportal back on the HTPC since installing Windows 7.
Until last week Win7 did all I wanted (SD, HD, UK + Spanish freesat., terrestrial, HD subtitles, red button ...) but now the BBC has changed the HD compression I have HD macro blocking so maybe back to Mediaportal.
