My set-up consists of: A. Single-Seat configuration on a Win7/Prof/SP1/64x PC with MP 1.8 B. Remote Client configuration on a Win7/Prof/SP1/86x PC with MP1.8 C Connection is with WiFi /n router at server end connecting to adapter at client end. As network has no internet connection the firewalls have been de-activated and all drive sharing has been enabled The client can directly access all drives in the single-seat PC. The problem is that TV does not work at the client end. This is in-spite of the client's clearly recognising the server and the "test connection" facility in the MP client returning " connection established". When the "TV" button in the client home screen is clicked nothing happens. TV works perfectly at the single-seat end and videos on drives there stream perfectly to the client. I feel I must be missing something very simple and would be grateful for comments.
