Winfast DTV2000 H fully supported by Mediaportal? (1 Viewer)

The Winfast DTV2000 H is a hybrid, analogue and DVB-T TV card but is listed on the natively supported list under DVB cards and not under the hybrid card section. Does any one know if this means that only the DVB-T component of this card is supported?

I also want to know. I might buy this card and I will be screwed if it doesnt' have support in 0.2/0.3.

The DVB-T section will always be supported no problems in future releases. Cant comment on where the future of MP will go in regard to software analogue cards though. Right at the moment software cards work fine though they do have much higher system requirements.

If the analogue portion isnt working on this card then youll need to get it supported. As detailed by the How to get my Software Card.... thread.

Well I cant get mine up an running see my thread under installation problems...but no luck at all with the dtv 2000 h.

Howdy!

I've also got a WinFast DTV 2000 H and am trying to find out how to tune in the analog channels. MP only recognises it as a digital card, so I tried to "add a new card" so it would recognise the analog component, but it only detects the one digital card.

I've followed the instructions for "How to get my card supported" and submitted the details. Fingers crossed, I'll soon be able to tune in the analog channels.
