    Hi.

Have the same problem here, checked with differents mainborads (i875, i915, i925) and differents processors (P4 3.00 prescott & 3.40 single and dual core) and the issue still happens.

    Regards

What is your video card type? Is this a full DX9 video card?

I tried ripping out the RAM and some PCI cards, but that only seemed to make it worse.

Ah well, I've done all I can. Its frustrating cos I'm sure there are others out there with similar specs that have got it to work. For the time being I'll just have to use the Winfast PVR until I get the Dvico FusionHDTV Dual card I've been eyeing off. Hopefully I won't have any issues with that.

Thanks everyone for your help. I really appreciate it. No doubt I'll have more queries later. I might have a crack at helping develop this program too. :)

    Cheers.

I've also WinFast TV2000 XP Expert and i'm getting frame drops (CPU usage oscillating between 60 and 70%, and i can't understand why there is this high level of CPU usage)... i've tried using Nvidia PureVideo and WinDVD 7 but the sound is out of sync and there is frame drops... using Nero Home works fine. I've also noticed that if i activate the timeshifting feature the image freezes... i'm using the latest SVN... Why can't i use the supplid MPEG codec (Leadtek MPEG Muxer) i think that this way i could get a performance improvement...
