I have a very strange Problem:
Reinstalled Win7 with all Win-Updates available till now. Then installed the latest Win-TV Hauppauge Drivers for my Card. Restarted the system. Installed WinTV-CI drivers. Restarted the System again. Installed MP 1.7.0, restarted the system once again. Opened the TV-Server Config. and selected the cards section. And guess what... yes WinTV-CI Tab was there, but... made a few changes and then TV-Server Config. said: it hast to restart the service.
Ok, did so and entered the cards section again and yes... WinTV-CI Tab was gone!?
Scrambled channels are not working.
Had the same problem with same freshly new installed System before with MP 1.10.0!? What is going on.
Furthermore, when I restart my machine and enter TV-Setup and the cards section, the TV-Server Config. is doing something and I've to wait for the Cards section to become visible. Then the WinTV-CI Tab is visible again??? When I change the section e.g. to TV-Channels and back the Tab is gone again until restart. What the heck!?
I had a working installation before that with 1.7.0. then wanted to do a clean change to 1.10.0 whre this beaviour happend the first time. Therefore I tried to try 1.7.0 again.
The concerning hardware did not change. And it was working before.
Now I have no clue whats going on and would appreciate any help!
