Wish to get TV's stereo upmixed to surround (1 Viewer)

    I tried to use Media Portal Renderer as sound renderer for TV, configured 5.1 , and even forced up/downmix.
    Still - stereo tv strems are stereo.
    Music (BASS engine) gives proper upmix.

    how can I fill all speakers with TV sound ?
