WMP 11 not working (1 Viewer)

I recently had a corrupt boot sector on my MP 1.01 client machine. Got that fixed and everything runs fine except when I try to start MP it gives me a message to "please install WMP 11, MP cannot run without it".

What is the recommended way to approach this?

- Uninstall MP and reinstall?
- Just run MP installer again?

BTW, IE7 also does not run on this machine now.

have a go at downloading and trying to reinstall WMP 11. see if that fixes the problem

Think I would reinstall OS, might get some weird side effects that just might get you tearing your hair out.
