add support for astronomical picture of day incl. related properties (ImagePictureOfDay, ImagePictureOfDayDate, ImagePictureOfDayTitle, ImagePictureOfDayDescription, ImagePictureOfDayEnabled)

@Micropolis and All - Just a couple of questions:
- Why in the settings, Map section settings (in documentation 4.7 Map) and additional mapss, is completely closed from editing?
- Expert setting - Condition mapping / Image sites: Allows you to open the appropriate file for edit. - How it works? How to use it?

All settings you make in the WW config (and expert mode) are stored in the worldweather.xml in programdata folder of MP.
You can even edit this file and enter the web adresses for the different locations (profiles) there as well.
