Description
I use a German Windows version and expect MP to display the German date format in TV recordings screen for the actual recordings.
Here are two screenshots from Default and Titan skins:
Both skins show e.g. "23-3" as date while "23.03." or "23.3." would be correct for Germany. According to @jameson_uk (post here) it has nothing to do with the skin files if I understand him correctly.
My regional settings within windows are correct:
I tried the current build 18c from @Scythe42 in Area51 here but there is no improvement.
I tried this, but the date format configured here does not seem to be taken.
Attached are some logs in case they help.
Steps to Reproduce:
Just start MP and go to TV/Aufnahmen (TV/Recordings?)
