It seems that we need to add this removed from .net4 NOR manually to our list :(

    <sigh>
    Once again, the idea that newer is automatically better comes back to bite us. I really hate upgrading! :(
    I don't like the idea of adding NOR to the list manually. The documentation for the .NET framework function we're using never said it would return a list of ISO 639 codes. I think we should hard-code the full ISO 639 list... but IMO not for TVE 3. This is not a show-stopper. For now I think those who have this problem can manually edit their MediaPortal.xml file.

    I think you misunderstood. What I meant is that the MS documentation for CultureInfo.GetCultures(CultureTypes.AllCultures); does not say it will return the complete list of ISO 639 codes.
    AllCultures, which returns all neutral and specific cultures, cultures installed in the Windows system, and custom cultures created by the user.

    This list is and always has been an MS-specific list.

    Can you explain in a little more detail?
    Do you mean:
    Code:

deu;ger;

    Thanks! :)

    I'm sorry to tell you that I don't succeed with this.

    Every time I enter MP Config it changes my line from "
nob;nor;
" to
nob;
.

    In MP config only Norwegian Bokmår (NOB) is wisible.

    Does anyone have a solution for me?

    I got the same issue. Changing the XML file does not solve the problem and changing any setting in the MP Config application resets the XML file. This was fine in MP 1.0.5....

    Please advise how to resolve this...
