Wrong title in EPG from dutch DVB-c (1 Viewer)

2. TV Card Driver: Newest, but no changes when installing other builds
Satelite/CableTV Provider: Casema (Netherlands) DVB-c and analog
HTPC Case: HP Pavilion s7630.nl
Remote: MCE

Since a few builds my EPG gives wrong names. Example: instead of ‘Oprah Winfrey Show’, if gives ‘Oprah Winfrey ShowOprah Winfrey’ as title. Or it paste advised information after the program title.
