I have find one annoying thing about MP, if you look at this Picture http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/@api/deki/files/181/=tvcardalgo.jpg it is not the flow that is used in MP today. One example, if I recording one program and want to look at the same program as I record, then MP will use the same card for both, this get a bit annoying because it will take longer to change channel when I zap during the commercial and if you look at the pic you see that every user should have its on card if there is any card free and in my case I have a free cards. So my question is if MP is right or the flow chart?

    I would say MP is right, someone just has forgotten to update that flow chart. If you use same card for both streams in your example it will allow one recording (or tv user) more than if the tuner wouldn't be shared.

    Thanks for the quick reply. You're absolute right about that and I can think that that is a valid reason why it is like it is, was only thinking about my own system where it should be good to have it the other way, but its nothing to do about it.
