Hello, Listers!

Does MP 0.2.3 support any of the extra data that XMLTV gets from IMDB?

I was able to merge my tvguide.xml file with IMDB database - if I look at the result, I can see the extra data, ie directors, actors, ratings ,etc.

When i import the tv guide, it does not show up. Do I need to do something else?

I'm using XMLTV 0.5.51

Thanks for your help!

Here is a snip of the .xml file the the 'extra' stuff.

I was looking for the same thing. I guess we are out of luck. At least for now.

I downloaded TVG from SourceForge.net: TVG
and configured it to read my tvguide.xml that I use for mediaportal. If I want to see additional information not shown in MP's tvguide, I just launch TVG. Its not the best solution but it works and was easy to setup.

Same here

I got the same here just that in my case it doesnt even show the episode name(in case its a series) but its defenetly in the tvguide.xml. Verry annoying because i can´t use tvSeries Plugin for recorded series.
