XMLTV (2 Viewers)

Having first experimented with 0.2.3 and got the EPG working fine with the XMLTV integration.....

I'm now looking at v1 RC1 but cannot find the XMLTV options (the complete page where you specify the xmltv path etc. is missing).

Anyone any clues where it's gone?

There is a 'plugin' at the end of the TV server config, simply tick the XMLTV one

I have managed to get the channels to import (I unchecked the 'Import from new tvguide.lst file' option), but nothing else shows (It says 'imported 94 channels', but there are 0 programmes )
Although I don't have a TV card I DO find the EPG useful as the Virgin Media one is usually screwed!

Got the same problem, shows the channels have been imported, but nothing shows in the EPG.

Hi,
Did you map the channels in "Mappings" field(XMLTV -> Mappings -> Load, Map, Save)?

Yes, thanks, found it just after I'd posted!

Now to work out why 4 channels still say no data available, yet have a valid mapping...

Hi,
SpudR, the you have another problem. If you hit load & nothing loads something it's wrong with your tv database.

I get that too. I'm using SQL Server 2005 Express .

This happens on my Vista and my XP machine
