XP Client "Unable to play: Stream N.N" (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I have just installed MP on an old PC to function as a client. This PC has a clean install of Win XP SP3.

The client connects to the server OK (displays the TV Guide, etc) but will not play TV.

I am obviously missing something simple - would be grateful for advice.

My advice is to post log files so that we have the information that enables us to help you.

Please follow the instructions for reproducible problems, on the client.

Then on the server:
1. Open TV Server configuration.
2. Click "open log directory" in the top left corner.
3. Zip up all the files you find there, including the gentle.config file from the parent directory.

Once you've got the two zip files, please post them here.
