xpTunes

xpTunes is a small webserver to control Mediaportal.
As an first example you will find a small sidebar gadget (Vista/Win 7). This allows you to control your music in Mediaportal.

Requirements:
.net-Framework 3.5 or higher
Mediaportal 1.2.x

hint:
Alpha version

Download:
MEDIAPORTAL - xpTunes

Config:

Example:
"http://MediaportalServerIP: Port"

Please also update your ip and port in the gadget settings.

Installed it and it works !
At this stage i'm not sure what advantages and useabilities are for me personally, nevertheless, it's working and it looks very nice on my desktop

Using xptunes for j.river since long time, didnt used mediaportal for playing music, but now it seems to be a good time for changing habits...

I like to play music on my main HTPC from my work pc and this does it, thanks.

Would it be possible to have an option to control the master volume?
