YELP Mr Wizard! - EventGhost Ques? (1 Viewer)

I can't register on EG site (it's moving) and no reg is allowed currently. So I can't get support there.

I'm trying to use EGhost to control MP. I have the MP plug in loaded. I can't find any docs on EG that really help.
Just first trying to get cursor up and down to work. I can get one or the other, but not both. I'm playing around with kb emulation. When I use one - the others get a RED X over them? (can't all be active)?

Down in mediaportal plug in - I double click on mediaporta: cursor up and click TEST and nothing moves.

Using my MCE remote I see UP AND DOWN button presses from my MCE remote (in USB UIRT) and I assume I drag and drop the lightning bolts from the leg LOG to the macro on the right? no cigar.

I'm - confused and no docs of value. No threads of value. I'm I'll attach my screen shot. YES I have "Message plugin" activated in MP (didn't configure? no docs that I can find) so I didn't mess with it.

YELP MR WIZARD! this little turtle needs your assistance.

UPDATE - I right clicked on the "X"ed out KB emulation pressed and now have up down and left and right - but the response to the MCE button press is about 5 seconds from press to resulting action of cursor movement. I'm sure I'm doing it wrong.

Gave up - closed it down, restarted IR server (as the USBUIRT drivers conflict) later I gave it another go and current setup worked. I have no idea why or what's different.
So at this point, I'm recording IR codes and mess'n with it.

My issue now is I want to uce MCE remote to control MP, AND STB and hoping to use my Amulet voice/mic MCE remote to work with Voxcommando and eventghost to put some commands under vocal control.

I got my MCE Remote and eventghost working with mediaportal with the help of the following thread...in particular posts 1 and 3.

you can send button presses directly to MediaPortal from VoxCommando via the message plugin. In the future we hope to add better control using wifiremote and/or another MP plugin.
