you tube not shown in list of sites (1 Viewer)

not sure if is is the same problem as with the previous youtube is broken thread.
when I start online videos, browse to English sites, you tube is not shown in the list, if I goto anage sites it is shown, the logs (attached) mentions
:
[07-20 22:45:09,052] [OVLatest ] [WARN ] Error getting latest videos from 'YouTube': Unable to find assembly 'OnlineVideos.Sites.offbyone, Version=1.0.0.3592, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

any ideas?

Do you have .NET 4.5.2 installed?

Updated to latest .net 4.5 sorted the problem, thanks for the help sorting this
