I tried reviving an older thread that was relevant, but after waiting for a reply for months, then I decided to make a new one.

I am missing 16 free channels from my provider on cable. 63 channels are found correctly.
They are not detected, and I can't find any information about where/how to find them.

This is the channels I am missing:
DR1 HD
Infokanalen HD
TV2 Zulu
TV2 Charlie
TV2 News
Canal8 Sport
TLC HD
Kanal Sport HD
Discovery HD
TNT HD
dk4 HD
Nickelodeon HD
TV2 Sport HD
SVT1 HD
SVT2 HD
ARD HD
Any help would be accepted with a big smile :)

You need to do a manual/advanced scan.
    • Frekvens 143000 kHz
    • Symbolrate 6875
    • Modulation 64
When you then do a scan, you should receive a transponderlist
    • Please post all frequencies within the transponderlist, and I will help make a xml file for Mepo for your Yousee area.
    • Which town do you receive Yousee from?
Then we can add it to the dropdown menu:)

First, thx for the fast reply msj33 :)
I did as you asked and got the following list of transponders:
    Code:
    143000
    156000
    530000
    538000
    570000
    586000
    514000
    386000
    135000 No Signal
    378000
    230000

Doing this also found 4 of the missing channels:
    Code:
    DR1 HD
    Infokanalen HD
    SVT2 HD
    ARD HD
Odd thing... first 2 and last 2 on the list I posted earlier... coincidence?

I still miss the remaining 12 channels though. I then went through my list of encoded channels and found these:
    Code:
    TV2 Zulu
    TV2 Charlie
    TV2 News
    Canal8 Sport
    TLC HD
    Kanal Sport HD
    Discovery HD
    TNT HD
    TV2 Sport HD
I tested them all by setting them as "Free to air".
    Only "TNT HD" works.

Besides that, I can't find these 3 anywhere:
    Code:
    dk4 HD
    Nickelodeon HD
    SVT1 HD
    Wonder where they are...

After YouSee made changes to the channel layout today, I decided to wipe my entire listing and start over.
This is what I came up with:

    Code:
    Country: Global
    Region/Provider: dvbc Symbolrate 6875
Using advanced tuning options > search for transponder list
    135000 > No signal
    143000 > TV/Radio: 8/3
    156000 > TV/Radio: 10/1
    230000 > TV/Radio: 4/0
    378000 > TV/Radio: 7/0
    514000 > TV/Radio: 9/0
    530000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    538000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    570000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    586000 > TV/Radio: 9/3

    Code:
    Country: Denmark
    Region/Provider: Yousee Aarhus
    370000 > No signal
    418000 > TV/Radio: 1/0
    442000 > TV/Radio: 4/0
    450000 > TV/Radio: 4/0
    458000 > TV/Radio: 4/0
    482000 > TV/Radio: 12/0
    490000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    498000 > TV/Radio: 6/27
    506000 > TV/Radio: 6/0
    514000 > TV/Radio: 9/0
    530000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    538000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    546000 > TV/Radio: 9/0
    554000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    562000 > TV/Radio: 8/1
    570000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    578000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    586000 > TV/Radio: 9/3
    594000 > TV/Radio: 4/0
    610000 > No signal
    618000 > TV/Radio: 5/0
    658000 > TV/Radio: 7/0
    690000 > TV/Radio: 7/0
    714000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    770000 > TV/Radio: 8/0

    Code:
    Country: Denmark
    Region/Provider: Yousee Global
    143000 > TV/Radio: 8/3
    156000 > TV/Radio: 10/1

    562000 > TV/Radio: 8/1
    570000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    578000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    586000 > TV/Radio: 9/3
    594000 > TV/Radio: 4/0
    602000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    610000 > No signal
    618000 > TV/Radio: 5/0
    626000 > No signal
    674000 > No signal
    690000 > TV/Radio: 7/0
    698000 > No signal
    714000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    730000 > No signal
    754000 > No signal
    770000 > TV/Radio: 8/0
    786000 > TV/Radio: 4/0
    794000 > No signal
    810000 > No signal
    850000 > No signal

At least the list of missing channels is shrinking a LOT.
    I only miss these now:
    Code:
    Infokanalen HD
    SVT1 HD
    2ØJyHD
    TV4 HD
    Animal Planet HD
If anyone have an idea as to how I can find these, please let me know.

    Hi XsnowmanDK
Unfortunately yousee often change frequency, and it is different all over the country.
Try scan on “Global” instead of Denmark and symbolrate:6875, you should get all frequencies (channels).

    Hope this helps you.

Thanks for the answer, but it seems you didn't read my post closely ;)
I used this setting at one of the above scans:
    Country: Denmark
    Region/Provider: Yousee Global

Don't use the predefined lists from the dropdown menu.

    • Use advanced tuning options
    • Search for Transponder list
    • Set frequency, symbol rate & Modulation as provided by Yousee:
      • Frekvens 143000 kHz
      • Symbolrate 6875
      • Modulation 64
This should result in getting ALL Transponders from the DVB-provider.

If this do NOT work, I assume you have similar problems on your television as well?
As secondary solution is to scan single transponders afterwards(use the Global frequencies for this).

I have personally seen, that some of the channels need to be marked as "free-to-air" - Especially chanells on tryo-outs.

Hope this helps to find all channels:)

Please post a complete transponder list+Areatown when you have it.

Hi I did read your post.
What I am saying is, scan the global list for Symbolrate 6875 and Modulation 64.

Oh sorry I misread YOUR post ;)

Like I also mentioned in a post, then I tried this:
    Code:
    Country: Global
    Region/Provider: dvbc Symbolrate 6875
Using advanced tuning options > search for transponder list

    Is that what you ment?
Or you want me to skip the advanced part?[DOUBLEPOST=1352893595][/DOUBLEPOST]

Sorry but as I mentioned in my 2nd post (after your first reply) then I did try setting them all as "free-to-air". Only one channel worked.

I will get back, when I have more information.

    Hi XsnowmanDK
Yes I ment, skip the advanced part an scan the hole list “OK it takes some time”
And maybe you already tried this, if so is your signal-strength OK. (specialy on the high frequnncyes).
Often when we get new channels in Nyborg, I just find the missing frequencys on my TV, and scan manually on MP.
So maybe you can find the frequencys on someone’s dvbc TV that have these channels.
I am a bit curios to hear what frequency it is. (My guess is 858000khZ)
