Thanks Dukus - installed the update and tested over the weekend - totally stable so really happy. Pity Youtube is blocking stuff in the UK but no doubt it will get sorted as some point. One possible improvement might be the ability to add to a playlist as you find stuff and then be able to play a sequence all from within MP.

Youtube FM still crashes MP

Woops - Spoke too soon. Sorry to say MP is still crashing I am sory to say and just as movie ends or I stop it and the MP screen appears. Any checks I need to do to provide more info? Attached log file archive

I am using the Youtube player plugin in the config of Youtube FM so what should I disable and not sure where the config option is to turn it off?

Hi Dukus

Can you tell me what the Youtube.fm button might be called? If you're not sure what I mean have a look at the XFace skin - each Home screen button has an image alongside the text. The default image is the "Plugins" button. Whenever a button doesn't have a specific image (such as Yutube.fm) the plugins image shows.

The next version of BleazleWide will have a selection bar which fades in instead of the usual bars which are always present. You can see what I mean here: YouTube - BleazleWide

To have a fading selection bar I have to make an xml file for all buttons and I can't have a default image (because it would always be present). The xml file is called button_XXXXXX.xml - generally replacing the XXXX's with the name of the plugin as it appears in MPConfig gives me a fading bar but for some reason this doesn't work with YouTube.fm. Any idea why or what I should call it?

I have the same problem with the Last.fm plugin so I'll post the same question on that thread - hopefully someone knows the answer..

I've came back... Getting High Quality video and have not noticed to much problems with that...

Playlist is still crashing my system... Just do this... Go to youtube.fm, make a playlist using scrobbler, go to music, let it play through a song using scrobbler and bang!! DEAD!!!

It is really ashaim, I really like this plugin and would help with skinning but unless this un-resolved play list is fixed it's basically youtube.fm or everything else...

Considering last.fm will be a paid service soon to listen to their streaming radio, you are on to a good thing here that could fill the gap for a lot of people.. Just a thought...

Interesting, I can change tracks but the GUI freezes... The system is still working in the background. This happens when I'm in the music, current playlist section... I think your plugin add's things to the global playlist that MP is not designed to handle in it's other sections...

I have no idea, but damm I want this plugin to work.... Any one else out there able to help this guy out with this awesome concept..

YouTube.fm.0.4.2.mpi is running very unstable! sometimes it hangs in the selection screen where you see the picture of videos to choose, then it crashes while palying something and hangs the wohle mediaportal.
then there are not all icons like last-fm and favourits buttons if you use skins like aeon wide1-3 or purevision hd.
i think there is still a lots of bug-fixing necesary.
