I installed that new version, it seems it goes one step further now.
Now I guess, the remaining issue is a missing codec :

I experienced the same errors on 2 of a set of 4 video's that should have the same specs ( uploaded by same person during 4 days of school camp). I added these video's to a personal playlist on Youtube and tried to play them from this playlist in MP.

After looking into the url's from the MP logfile I noticed that the url's that did not work where missing the '&signature=' parameter. Also the order of parameters where different, but I asume this is not an issue.

The following url's from the log file worked: (day 2 and 4)

Something fishy is going on with youtube. Most videos I can't play, both youtube.fm and OnlineVideos plugins are having trouble.
From the OnlineVideos log I'm getting HTTP 403 (access denied) errors on URLs... Same video plays fine if I find it through my web browser.

Youtube API change?

Also getting the "unable to play file". I see the thumbnails but no video.Same video plays fine with onlinevideos or with ie. Tried changing the codecs from ffdshow to lav etc but no luck..

I've tried the new version 0.8.318 with MP1.2.3 with different MP clients on XP and WIN7x64 and in any cases I am not able to play videos. I get the error message "Abspielen nicht möglich: videoplayback?upn=jta6G3D....." in English "Unable to play.....". I don't think that's a codec issue, because mp-onlinevideos is working fine with youtube and downloaded youtube videos (.flv) are also properly displayed. The videos show a grayed arrow "down" below the thumb.

Authors of other applications have long been fixed YouTube-update, but not this one !!
