Yuan PG583 PCI ATSC HYBRID Tuner Help (1 Viewer)

Hi. I have 2 of the above listed cards. I have tried to configure them for media portal. It seems that they are recognized without any problem however when I try to scan for channels it says Nothing Found on the channels that have great signal. I have set them to hybrid as instructed and have chosen both the generic and ATSC network provider. I have spent a lot of time trying to look through the forum to see if anyone might have some real insight but haven't come up with anything so far. I'm using windows 7 64bit. The tuner works fine in Media Center but I would like to not use theirs if possible. I would also like to try to integrate this into XBMC if I could get this figured out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
