    I'm currently using zap2xml for my tvguide.xml. The issue i'm having is that even though Mediaportal is displaying the EPG correctly. It's not displaying the team matchups in the descriptions even thought the information is present in the xml file:

    </programme>
    <programme start="20160430093000 -0700" stop="20160430113000 -0700" channel="I19568.labs.zap2it.com">
    <title lang="en">English Premier League Soccer</title>
    <sub-title lang="en">Arsenal FC vs. Norwich City FC</sub-title>
    <desc lang="en">From Emirates Stadium in London.</desc>
    <date>20160430</date>
    <category lang="en">Sports</category>
    <category lang="en">Series</category>
    <episode-num system="dd_progid">EP00521262.6595</episode-num>
    <video>
    <aspect>16:9</aspect>
    <quality>HDTV</quality>
    </video>
    <subtitles type="teletext" />
    </programme>

    I'm pretty sure it's because the teams are in the sub title tag instead of the description but I want to make sure so I can contact the developer.

    Yes, that's correct. The sub-title tag is also called the episode name. MediaPortal can be configured to display episode details:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...iguration/22_TV/1_TV_Client#Show_episode_info

    If you configure MP to show the episode title (or number + title) then you'll see what you want. No need for the zap2xml dev to change anything.
