I think the first is getting a bit difficult to read because of the transparency....
It looks very busy and complex....

The first one is amazing and less viewed. May bee with posters a bit more clear. if I want to see better the fanarts I can use another view...

For me is important to see duration of films (in basic view). If you're tired you must know that gladiator's length is 150min.

I still prefer #2 as the large/selected poster in #1's angle looks kinda weird to me. If it would be possible for it to turn up so it's flat (some snappy animation) it would be a winner in my book. Also, sorry to nitpick, but would it be possible to have the large poster's height aligned to the sum height of the two rows of small covers in #2?

I kind-of like the angle idea but must admit that the poster is difficult to follow in latest example of teaser17.
