[Approved] Fix for #1930 MP mantis (SplashScreen) (1 Viewer)

    I fixed the SplashScreen problem when screen is not available.
    I choosed to launch normal SplashScreen instead of full SplashScreen in this case.

    I uninstalled MP, made sure no sub folders were left n any programmes folders, changed the computer name, rebooted, installed MP and set logs and rebooted and ran TVServer.
