Re: Rockstar 2.0.5 - the ultimate online music plugin (Spotify&Grooveshark)

Very strange, I also have TV in my HTPC setup but cannot make it crash. It still might be some other plugin triggering the problem with Rockstar but I cannot say for sure. Only crash-related stuff in your log files is

Got the same issue myself. Appears on a new Build of media portal, but not on any of my previous builds. Seems that Rockstar only crashes when i tick the enable Spotify Checkbox in configuration, but not with grooveshark or Last.FM.

I will upload Debug mode logs later today, but i could not see anything myself.

Also updated to version 2.1.1 but same issue

Are you using SAF codec pack and if you do have you tried without it? As far as I remember this helped with Frank-NL.

I am not sure what SAF codec Pack is. I use K-Lite ( Full) Codec Pack, and had previously LAV Filter Codec pack installed, but uninstalled LAV and ran K-Lite codec pack setup again

But i think for the sake of trying to. I will remove both and try without and hen reinstall K-Lite pack version that matches the config of my other Portals.

Thanks. I will give it ago

Hi guys, I'm new to media portal and have hit a snag with the rockstar plugin,

when I go to config to input my spotify details the username goes in fine, but the password throws an error after every character I enter, then when I get the password in it says I haven't put in a username/password,

I've attached a screenshot of the error and the details file,

    Thanks guys

You need to post all the log files in the MediaPortal logs directory. Also, try deleting Rockstar database folder too (default is C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\database\Rockstar)
