ts files not playing on MP2 (1 Viewer)

That file plays in my MP2 but is very choppy and full of artifacts in both MP2 and VLC for me

For the sake of interest ran in their own (VLC), all smoothly, beautifully, and without any problems.

ok, then let me sum up where we stand:

• I can record ts files but they will not play within MP2 but only with other programs eg. VLC
• LAV codecs installed (0.77.2) and activated everywhere
• I can play other video formats within MP2 without problems
• there seem to be no errors in the log file

It does playback OK for me if I disable hardware acceleration in VLC, so there's something my graphics driver doesn't like in that video . This is the only video I have ever had any issues with though. Similarly if I disable hardware rendering in LAV it plays back OK in MP2. As a test can you open Lav Video Configuration (search LAV in start menu) and check what you have set in the 'Hardware decoder to use' dropdown, and either disable it if it's enabled or set it to something suitable for your graphics card if already disabled.

I just downloaded the recording sample. I can play it smoothly within VLC and MP2 with default LAV settings and hardware acceleration enabled
I tried with MP2.4.1 x64 and a WIN11 system.

It is odd, I have an AMD RX6600 with latest drivers and never had any issues before.

I've a GForce GTX 1080, but I don't think this makes a difference. I'll try my living room HTPC later. It has an OnBoard AMD graphic processor.
The question is really, what is going on with those TS files. Partly not playable within MP2, partly shoppy with other players and partly no issues at all. I've no clue what else could cause this...

Playback works here smooth as well. Geforce GTX1650 using LAV + cuvid

I have tried changing settings within LAV decoder, even installed an older version, but no changes.
I also updated my Intel UHD graphics driver to the newest version, no change unfortunately.

Since LAV is now getting into the focus, I found that there has been an issue with MP1 related to ts files and LAV. Not sure this is relevant though.
