The text on the start timeshift button in the manual control section used to change between "start timeshift" and "stop timeshift", depending on whether the selected channel was being timeshifted on the selected card. It doesn't do that any more.

Since we have removed a number of plugins, and decided to 'disable' the Wizard in Settings, these xmls should be removed from the default B3 skins.
There are also a number of old xmls for long gone plugins which can be removed.
This will also help avoid confusion for new skinners wondering what these xmls are for...

If you enable in MP Config -> Plugins -> Audioscrobbler & MyMusic settings & tick "Scrobble mode enabled per default" it is not used when starting MP & play music.

The patch will add a new textbox to the channellist for tv and radio which filters the channels and only shows channels that match the filter criteria (contains text, case insensitive).
The filtering is done in a background thread so the ui isn't stalled during the process.

With 1.2.0 B we require that "all" extentions/plugins get updated to be compatible with 1.2.0.
To ensure that MediaPortal won't use an incompatible plugin, we need an version check. Simmilar to what we have for skins allready, but a bit more sophisticated.
