How did you finally get this working, I've read through this thread multiple times and still can't make it work. I don't see any error in the logs but TI_MDB doesn't show up in MP config. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help, that worked I had never even messed with the volume settings after an install. I have Alpha installed on 3 machines all running windows 7, I checked the volume settings and all had defaulted correctly to Vista/Win 7. On 2 machines the options were grayed out but correct on...

The volume up command is not working. Using either MCE remote or keyboard + command. The volume defaults on high and will turn down, but after turning down will not go up above 2 notches. I tried this on two machines with the same result.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but you can play videos from the Pictures Menu. This is what I do, that way I can keep my home movies separate from my Hollywood type movies. You just need to enable play movies made from my camera in the Pictures portion of setup.

I also hate that Netflix is moving more toward streaming only. That said, I only use the plug-in for streaming, mostly for old TV shows and kids stuff. I prefer to use a regular PC w/ keyboard and mouse to manage my queue.

Me too, I have custom backgrounds for different Seasons/Holidays with him in it. My kids love it.
