Hi bob808, i have the same mainboard and had the same problem. Shaking with Cyberlink Codec but not with mpv (only on sd channels not on hdtv). I got it working by changing the refresh rate of the display to 50hz in my case guess it depends on the fps the channels use (25 in Germany, PAL)...
