I can also confirm this.

Strange...hopefully we will find a solution.

I've made some further tests.

If you disable the "hauppauge remote" in the remove section of MP setup, then the radio streams work again.
I guess this has something to do with MP Hauppauge remote plugin, not with the driver itself.

I will try to look a little bit closer at this...

I have upgraded to 0.2 and the radio still does not work when Hauppauge remote is enabled.

New hauppauge remote users, can you confirm that ? And please post your driver version number : with luck, the issue is only on some versions.

Note that this issue has been resolved with the latest Hauppauge PVR 150 drivers from http://www.hauppauge.com

:p The streaming radios now work with PVR 150 and the remote :p

This has been tested with MP 0.2 RC1.
This is definitely an Hauppauge issue, not an MP issue. If you encounter problems, check your driver is at least version 2.2.23257.

Woah! I can't believe this finally got narrowed down. I was just thinking the other day how sad I was that MP wouldn't play my radio streams.

I turned off the Hauppauge remote in 0.2RC1 and sure enough, the streaming radio worked. I'm now going to update my drivers as per denybear's post and see if that doesn't finally resolve the problem.

Thanks danybear!

I just uninstalled all of the Hauppauge drivers and also installed the latest CVS for Media Portal 0.2RC1. And I still get no radio when used with the Hauppauge remote. Here are the drivers I installed:

Driver: PVR250_22_23070
PVR INF Files: pvr150250350_inf.zip
Video Decoder: 5.0_23017
Remote: ir32_245_22350.exe

This HAS to be a Media Portal issue, as once the remote is disabled in Media Portal, the streaming radio works fine. :?

Steve,
What card do you have ? a PVR 150 or a PVR 250 ?
I've tested on PVR 150 only... from your drivers, I can tell you have a 250...
