thx for the BUG report :) @ IEB

    that'll be it.

i don't know if i have time the next few days ...
but if that is so - only a few little tiny things will be changed.

    - driveFreeSpace will be expanded to 26 drives

so it is not important anymore which label (a,b,c,d, -z) a drive has in use...
does anybody know how i can manag it that the plugin only shows the mapped drives?
it is a bit strange to see the progressbar for 26 drives although only 6 are in use - f.e. here @ my PC)

    - SysInfo

    needs to be cleared up
some grafic coordinates and size are not ok

    - media-slayer
    - explorer-plugin

both need to be added ... but i think all those points are hmm not "burning" @ the moment.
so i do not know when i will make it... time is less the next days---

BUT - if anybody finds some grafic or other bugs - plz post them here (best with screenshot)...
i am always glad for feedback

    happy using (and testing)

    Hi,

I finaly had some time to try this new version. The last version i tried was 0.5 and when i came back from vacation it was 1.0 already :D Very cool. This new version rocks - only one problem though - home screen is veeery slow on my underpowered setup.

    Keep up the good work

    hi frgo

thx for the nice words ...
well if the Home screen ist to slow :) maybe you can switch some of the programs/plugins in the "myPlugins" sub-folder
so you can reduce the needed CPU load for the "home-layer" ...
maybe that would help a little ...

    greatings

    Hi,

I don't think it's plugins - I only have My videos, My pictures, My music & My radio. It has probably something to do with large graphics and fonts... 64mb videocard just isn't enough anymore. I had similar problems before with some other skins. Speed was greatly improved when I set FPS to 15, but it doesn't work all the time. Well, I guess it's time to buy myself a new HTPC :D

ah i see ... that could be the reason for the slow speed ...
the hover grafics need a bit more GPU-RAM
maybe it is enought if u take a 256 MB Grafic card.

( i have the same problem with my old laptop it has a ATI 9700 mobile with "32" MB .... really slow) :D
i was wondering all the time why that is so - couse the centrino is fast enought (1.6 Ghz) ... but
now that we talk about it - i see the problem (with my Laptop) clear ...
    thx :)

polarie: I'm thinking all the time about new graphics card, but it's incredibly hard to find low profile agp with more than 64mb :) everthing for sale are just old radeons 7000s, geforce 4s and old matroxes... I'll buy new htpc in a few months, when it's time it's time :) This one can barely play 720p mkv's so there is yet another reason.

marvenius: this hack used to work well with mepo 1.0. With 1.0.2 it's not needed anymore, but some skins are just too heavy to work with low mem cards...
