How to compile the DirectX part without it?

Isn't DX9 SDK (or DX10 or DX11, don't know) already integrated in Windows 10 ?

This is the latest version, no newer.

Were you able to install DX9 SDX on W10 X64 without errors ?

As far as I remember, the 11 or 12 version does not give us anything, there are extensions for games, etc. The 9th version, this is the base that we use, 11 and 12 is the same 9th version in the database + extensions.
