Excellent work! I've held off commenting while waiting for Beta 2, but the recent screen shots are amazing.

The glass effects you've applied to both the EPG and OSD screens are wonderful. The darker EPG screen has a contrast level which should work on any CRT. From a strictly personal perspective, I wouldn't change anything on your currently displayed EPG screens. Your timeline visual clues, with the background shaded (15 minute timespan) elements and the upper/lower green (current time) triangles, make the displayed information rather apparent (IMHO).

I am looking forward to your next beta release. Thank you for bringing your artistic talents to MediaPortal.

There is a problem, seems to be with every skin, in the epg the timeline is 15 minutes off, because the time heading text is centered rather than at the beginning.

I agree with what KRA is saying. I can understand the timeline but I think it could be made simpler. I would like to see the timeline as a straight border around the times. Instead of the individual borders.

I agree, I've always found the timeline to be confusing.

To add my $0.02, I also think this timeline layout is confusing, though I'm not sure of the best way to fix it. In the post KRA linked, shifting all the time labels 'left' by 15 minutes would pretty much solve the problem for that skin... if it is in fact a skinning issue, and not something in the core code.

I think that it's a core code problem and xml problem, i will try fix today. thank's you a good bug catcher.

In some cases it's not possible use Glass backgrund because readability, because this in some cases i use ghost backgrounds

Looks good, but this is the internal timer menue.
PVR Scheduler is an additional plugin, wich also reorganizes the standby
and hibernation behaviour. It helps me to solve some problems I had.
