It looks like an issue with language file. I see that 'strings_uk.xml' doesn't include moon phase words. What language are you using?

I have tried all 3 versions of English in the skin settings but no change, the Win 11 display language is UK English.

Try new WorldWeatherLite package. You should see at least something now. But there is a defintely something wrong with translation. Btw: I was wrong - the strings_uk.xml is for Ukrainan langugae.
