This is bad, better to the right directory. Ie: C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal
Ok I'm back to working MPx86 and TV server x86.
I'm going to install MPx64 in "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal" by changing the path in the MPx64 installer.
If everything works then I will uninstall TV server x86 and install TV server x64.

Should I install TV server x64 in "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal?

    @Pablik
    I reinstalled MP x64 in "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal" after uninstalling from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal.

    I am not getting TV section in the MP configuration.

    MP x86 is working as expected with TV working and showing in MP configuration.

    Using MP TV server x86.

    OK. Not a problem. But still I'd like to keep '(x64)' suffix.

    Well, the only difference between x86/x64 version of TV Server intsallation is the TV Plugin. The server itself is still x86 in both version.
    Did you install x64 version of TV Plugin? Can you check presence of TvPlugin.dll in plugin's directory?

    That's not easily possible. You will need two installers then
    We have separate installation files, because it makes no sense to keep 2 versions of Mediaportal on one machine. Everyone will choose what he likes. My choice is x64.

    No need, in Program Files only 64 bit applications, there is no point in adding this prefix in 2023, in 2023 we can add x86 prefix for applications of the old architecture. :)
