TV-Server Version: 1.0.2 MediaPortal Version: 1.0.2 MediaPortal Skin: Blue3 Wide Windows Version: XP Pro SP3 CPU Type: Intel P4 3.2GHz HDD: Samsung 160GB Memory: 4GB Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard 0914h Video Card: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 280 PCI-E Video Card Driver: 7.0.7.8 Sound Card: onboard 1. About 5 seconds later, new window pops up called ActiveMovie Window with only a black screen in it. HDD is ticking over so seems to be processing the TV but not showing it. Some research in the forum suggests it could be a problem with DirectX. Attached is my log ZIP file including dxdiag which shows that I am running DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904). All tests come back as OK. I have been unable to confirm that my card does not handle DirectX9 so for now I am assuming it does based on the above info. The other interesting factor is that viewing TV directly using CyberLink PowerCinema 5.1 is perfectly fine. It is clean install from an OS reinstall. All windows updates that it suggested have been done. My first post to this form so please let me know if there is anything else I can provide. Please be specific. Really appreciate the help.
