Hello new to MP,

Having installed MP 0.3.1.0 I find I can't add my Nova-T USB TV-Card under settings.

I have tried the recommended driver from here,

http://www.maisenbachers.de/dokuw/install:capturecards:hauppauge_nova-t

Yet I still get the "No video device was found, you won't be able to configure a capture card" exception dialogue box.

Am I missing something obvious?

Having looked through the forums using various searches it seems people are using the Nova-t with MP. Could you tell me how to add it?

Cheers

Is it installing correctly or are you forcing it to use that driver. I would have thought the USB models would be using the 90002 model driver rather than the old TT drivers.

Hey Callifo thanks for the reply.

I'm having to force through the drivers, which my card is not particularly happy with.

I just tried the 90002 & thats the same, giving me the same issues.

This card is very old, Ive had it quite some time (since the launch of terrestrial DVB in the UK - itv digital) & I think it was the first available on sale in the UK.

Its never been particularly good either though its performance did improve with my last upgrade & the launch of Freeview (technically a far better setup than itv digital).

It maybe I should buy a new card.

Anyone using an old Nova-T USB got it to work?
