ltfearme you're right, we should really put the backgrounds in thumbs folder so you don't have to copy them over each time a update is released.. imagepaths for multiimages would be something like this:
..\..\..\..\thumbs\somefolder\tv
but a little problem, is every user gonna have to create those directories?

Not if you include them in the skin .rar file.. You would have a 'skin' folder and a 'thumbs' folder with all subdirs created included in the rar.


What I have so far on TVguide.. fought with it for hours to get those damn random pics to show lol. Finally I found it was the ID of the random backgrouns messing it up along with importing other xmls. Fixed now tho

I might upload it tonight if I get the time to finish it, as you can see theres a few minor details that arent good. I need to add genre stuff as well.

Does anybody know why I get those ?'s where I should be getting norwegian characters like æøå? It's only a problem with EPG. Just started using TV with mediaportal 2 days ago and haven't looked that into it yet..

Amazing work. Having some issues with the new tv screens the background that goes behind the text is not showing. Once there is a new package with all that is needed in it i will be pleased a punch!!

Make sure you've got the common.window.tv.xml.

Here's a core.dll that has randomization implemented. I'm not really sure what SVN revisions this will work with, but I know it at least works fine with the one from 3/29/08. Also in the rar is the patch needed for GUIMultiImage.cs.
