Thank you Vasilich, I am back in business again. I had a copy of a working install on another drive so I grabbed the .ini file out of that.
I had another issue though that kept the TV Server from starting. There was another service named MySQL51 that was running and I think it was battling MySQL for the same port or something like that. I disabled MySQL51 and the TV Server config menu popped right up.
I had to do another repair install but now it is working perfectly and I am recording the Thunder vs Spurs game.... Go Thunder! Thanks guys!
