1.12.0 Again: Selected Items STILL disapper (1 Viewer)

Yes, the scrobbling function works still. I tested this with my very old installation (1.2.3.0) an the 1.12 version.
What i mean is, that the function for the tack suggestions does not work any longer for both of my versions since a few days.



And the "love"- function has no influence on my last.fm account (both versions of MP):

All these entries were made with my old 1.2.3-Version of MP in the past.

So in my opinion Last.fm changed something.

A test today with titan skin showed that the selected items still disapper.
Nevertheless there seems to be a bug in the MP-Software (see above).

That is correct, Last.FM drppped that, and so the team dropped it in MP as well
The latest PureVisionHD 1080 was changed accordinglyx, so there are no track suggestions any longer
AFAIK there was also a related messasge in one of the latest release infos

Sorry, but i must correct this statement.
From today on the track suggestions are working again in both versions of MP (1.2.3 and 1.12).
And when the track suggetions are enabled, the selected item disappears again !!

And in this context i want to report a further curious behavior:
MP makes a suggestion for top tracks in the "now playing"-sreen only one time.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Tag all titles in the playlist / Album.
2. Take over all titles to the music-database.

3. enable "internet lookup for similar tracks"

4. Start the first title of the album so that MePo copies all titles to the actual playlist.

5. Switch to "now playing" ("Top tracks for tag" are displayed)

6. Wait (don't jump manually) for the next track. 10sec after it's start "Top tracks for tag" woun't be replaced.

7. For the following tracks this is like 6.
8. When i jump manually to the next track, "Top tracks for tag" will be displayed for that particular track. ???

Im am sure,
HomeY found out there is a bug in the Now playing / last.fm lookup.

I would be very if you fix these bugs.

Aaarrgh - I confounded the track suggestion with the top tracks suggestion
So you´re right: track suggestions are still being displayed, while top tracks should not because IMHO this was removed from MP. (but now I´m not so sure any longer about this
I wonder why you still get the top tracks
At least in my skins I removed the relevant controls
