I have a dedicated TV server (Virtual machine on ESXi 5.0 using VT-d passthrough of a Hauppauge Colossus) and I am using Schedules Direct to populate channels. My input to the Colossus is component so Schedules Direct is configured to populate the channels for the YRYBY video source.
All of that works, however for each channel the audio source is set to "automatic". I have SPDIF audio from my set-top box in to my Colossus and would like to use that, but the automatic setting is choosing the 2 channel audio that you would normally use long with component video (The red/white RCA audio cables).
I have figured out that I can change the audio source for a single channel to SPDIF #2 and get SPDIF audio for that channel. However I have a ridiculous number of channels and changing the audio source for each channel one at a time would drive me nuts.
I haven't found any way to change the audio source for more than one channel at a time, is that possible?
Alternatively, can I disable audio sources leaving only the SPIDF #2 enabled? That isn't preferable but an acceptable work-around.
