Last year I watched a show on TV Land (ch. 163). But when I recently went to watch it, it wouldn't tune.

I'm using a Ceton Infini TV 4 PCIe. The Ceton InfiniTV Diagnostic Tool says it can tune the channel correctly but Mediaportal can't/doesn't.

Can anyone see the issue or point me in the right direction.

    Hello and welcome Timothy

Thanks for providing all the details - makes it much easier to help you. (y)

From what I can see in the TV Server log file, TV Server seems to have successfully tuned the channel without any trouble:
    [2016-06-15 13:15:50,729] [Log ] [26 ] [INFO ] - Controller: find free card for channel TV Land
    ...
    [2016-06-15 13:15:50,966] [Log ] [26 ] [INFO ] - Controller: found 4 free card(s)
    ...
    [2016-06-15 13:15:51,038] [Log ] [26 ] [INFO ] - card: Tune on card 7 to subchannel TV Land
    ...
    [2016-06-15 13:15:51,834] [Log ] [26 ] [DEBUG] - card: Tuner locked: True
    ...
    [2016-06-15 13:15:51,971] [Log ] [26 ] [INFO ] - card: WaitForFile - video and audio are seen after 0.0722707 seconds

However on the MediaPortal side, the TsReader log file shows a bunch of these messages:
    [2016-06-15 13:15:53,006] [14e503d0] [1dcc] - PES MPEG2 0-0-1 fail
    [2016-06-15 13:15:53,006] [14e503d0] [1dcc] - PES MPEG2 0-0-1 fail
    [2016-06-15 13:15:53,006] [14e503d0] [1dcc] - PES MPEG2 0-0-1 fail

In other words: both TV Server and MediaPortal receive the stream from the tuner, however the stream has not been decrypted by your CableCARD. Therefore I suspect one of the following is true:
    1. The channel is no longer included in your cable package.
    2. Your cable provider has marked the channel or program as "copy once" (meaning MediaPortal and KODI can't view or record it).
    3. Your CableCARD is not doing it's job.
There's nothing more that I can do to assist you with this. You'll need to talk to somebody from your cable provider.

    Regards,
    mm
