Analog Tuner Card USB Problem (Hauppauge WinTv USB)(not PVR!) (1 Viewer)

My TV Server works good with 2 DVB-S Cards.
i will install an Analog card for receive local cannels over the cable.
in the Serverwindow i see the Card, when i make an automatic cannelscan i becomes no cannels an the search goes only 30 secounds (its to fast)

in the server log i find this message:
