analog tuning with wrong frequencies (1 Viewer)

While trying to use my PVR-500, I am encountered a problem: the tuner tunes to the wrong frequencies on some (most) channels. I know this worked some time ago (hadn't used the analog card awhile). The tv.log shows this entries:
