Sorry for not getting back...was overtaken by circumstances!
Initially...thought there had been an improvement....but then (quite co-incidentally I assume) began to have problems with sound.
Became impossible to get ANY sound from MP2...TV/Video/Audio...
Tried every combination of setup on audioplayer config page...to no avail...
I should add that PC sound settings good, and VLC played audio without problems.
Tried repairing/reinstalling MP2, but probs persisted, and now the circular icon was 'hanging on' when changes made between TV/Audio...
Concluded that perhaps I'm just not ready for MP2 yet...and thought I'd go back to MP1.
So far no problems, and audio is doing what it says on the tin.
Perhaps I've just been unlucky with MP2??
