Annoying issues when upgrading StreamedMP (1 Viewer)

One annoying thing that happens every time I install a new version of StreamedMP. All the settings get transferred from the previous version, which is great, except for two things -

1) The Splashscreen always reverts to the default one.
2) The background images for all the different sections - TVSeries, Moving Pictures, etc. Also always reverts to the default ones.

Solve those two issues and upgrading StreamedMP would go with almost no intervention at all.

When the skin upgrades, it uninstalls the existing skin...this means anything that the skin installs is removed. So if you replace with your own images they will get removed because the installers thinks its the same...

We could copy the hover_*.png files elsewhere before upgrade and restore after its finished. This would be something pretty simple to add. It hasn't been much of a concern as most people use the BasicHome screen for backgrounds and they do persist on upgrade. Then again, the hovers are also used in the window as a default image so it's a good idea to back them up

Same deal with the splash screen, will look at doing the same thing as the hovers.
