Well for me players should only be visible when there is no image or description etc, if you have say latest media selected to see the info about it then you do not need to see players at the same time do you it's a waste of screen real estate.

The font is a mix of fira sans OT and roboto i have attached fira, i have not checked cyrillic etc tho.

Weather has its own menu item so i dont think it needs anything else, the forecast can be in the sub menu tiles area. News and rss feeds i think are a nice addition but again they can either be with weather / have their own menu item or scroll across the bottom when nothing else is visible ?

The house i envisaged as a shortcut to whatever item the user wanted to set as default or it could be a power button for power menu option like reboot etc.

Where in the main menu are movies and series considered, both in mediahub? In your pictures for TV I could see "TV" highlighted with white color, but in the screens for series I didn't see a highlight.
Regarding the home symbol. It looks nice, but if it has no function it could be replaced with the power button as suggested above.

A few more ideas / comments. Not sure, if you already considered

• Is there another space to place movie infos (SD, HD, 720p, 1080p, star-rating, year...). In case the background picture is very light, it could be difficult to read when placed on top.
• What do you think about tabs for further infos as "Series info", "actors", "subtitle and audio tracks" ...?
• How about fanart backdrops, could it be arranged with your style? Most important is, that your style is consistant, but backdrops are also nice ...

I think i actually forgot to take the hightlight off in tv screen as technically the latest media has focus and i was working on the assumption only the focused item has highlight.
I will look at media info placement or maybe add a corner gradient etc, backdrops are a big bug bare with me as while i agree they can look nice they can also look like complete crap dependant on the movie and source, that being said i would perhaps add it as a theme or something but would need some working out as this design is not best suited for backdrops.

Could you please provide some graphics for following tiles:

1. Images
2. Weather
3. News
4. Settings

I could copy them from Titanium, but would like to get a fresh look

This is a big advantage if you can base your work on standard based solutions you find in internet
