Atmowin : MSVCP110.dll is missing (1 Viewer)

I dont know if i am here in the right section:
I try to use Atmolight on my clean new system but get an exception:
MSVCP110.dll is missing

Windows 7 64 bit with MePo 1.7.1 and Atmolight from the Extension Installer

Any hints to solve my problem?

MSVCP110.dll is part of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package, you can either install it manually or it should be installed automatically if you run Windows Update a few times.

Ah, okay. There are some updates left and have to be installed.

edit: here i am again ;-)
no more updates left. manually search for updates and it seems that there are no more to install but problem remain. so maybe i have to intall the missing features?

edit again:
manually install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable but the problem remain:
AtmoWin.exe -> missing MSVCP110.dll

and next:
check and found the file under Windows\System32. But why it is missing for AtmoWin.exe?

This dont work for me!
I installed both packages and same error message.
Clean system, only MePo and some Plugins. What can be so difficult?

run the register.bat file

No. I am now on MePo 1.7.1

In Atmowin directory i run register.cmd with same exception !

I try to install the last Mpei from here to be serious that i have the last version:

But also the same result...

The mpei packages on The Google code page are outdated and we cant add the newest versions because google disabled the download function. Please use the version which is available within the mpextension manager.

Download link is working.. (no idea is the newest Versions)
save as .. and rename *.zip to mpe1
